Introducing The  new SAS Autoworks 2JZ-GE T3 low mount Turbo kit designed for  efficeincy  and response
Having owned a Supra for Years and not wanting more of the same I decided to make a Manifold/turbo kit with a bit of a twist.  This Manifold is made from sch40 304 stainless steel like all my Products, a custom Billet T3 saddle was designed to give full flow to both the Turbosmart 45mm wastegate port and the T3 flange.  All Turbo manifolds are back purged and Tig welded.

 

 

THE MANIFOLD

The manifold keeps all the hot stuff well tucked away from the Chassis inlet manifold and Brake servo area, wich are commonly effected areas with Some other Turbo manifolds/kits. All the nuts and bolts are easy to reach with basic tools no need to be chopping up your spanners or making custom tools!. The Top mount waste gate means spring changes are simple.

THE TURBO

A BorgWarner Airwerks S200SX-E 57mm  for anywhere in the range of 400-600 flywheel BHP. The inducer and exducer  are the same size as the EFR 7670 however the S257sxe actually has a larger choice in hot side A.R

THE DOWNPIPE

The SAS Autoworks down-pipe is made from 1.6mm thick 304 Stainless steel again T.I.G welded and back purged for superior reliability and performance.  These come with a 02 sensor  bung on the top for a wide-band sensor or whatever you so desire to fit  in there. All Our downpipes feature a triple skin interlocking stainless steel flexi joint to aid in movement expansion and reduce NVH.  The 2 Bolt flange on the End is in the OEM position so Will bolt upto 99% of OEM fitment Exhaust systems.

 

THE WASTEGATE

Turbo smart are well established when it comes to boost control so it just makes sense to use their latest Wastegate in our kit. The new Gen-V 45mm comp gates are a direct upgrade to the V4 and still interchangeable. These come with a variety of springs up to 30psi and come as default in black if you would like another colour please contact us.

 

THE  PLUMBING

Our Oil lines are all made in house using only Quality fittings and Hoses in a black colour.
