Mazda RX7 4″ Titanium exhuast system to suit all FD3 Rx7s
All SAS Autoworks titanium RX7 exhausts are hand made to order from grade 2 titanium. Our in house built titanium silencers are filled with Acousta-fil  Zt1 exhaust silencer packing which can withstand temperatures upto 850c !
when the middle silencer is coupled with a 8″ back box This is what we call street friendly spec. This Version weighs just 9.2KG total. compared with stock this is a huge weight saving, a stock Fd3s mid pipe weighs 13.5kg alone. most of the weight comes from the silencers so the smaller silencer box the lighter the exhaust
This exhaust uses all V band joins with a male and female locating lip. The front end of the exhaust comes with a stainless or titanium extra V band to mate to your current downpipe.
